CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
GO WEST COAST CRUISING
1. Single day cruises will normally commence at 10:00 am and end at 5:00 pm. Cruises of 4 days or more will commence at 4:00 pm and end at 11:00 am on the 4th day. Cruises of other durations can be agreed at the time of booking.
2. Bookings must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a 25% deposit within one week of making the reservation. The full balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start date of the reservation.
3. Cancellations must be made in writing.
· Cancellations made between 8 and 4 weeks before the start date of the reservation may incur a pro rata forfeiture of the deposit.
· Cancellations made after the balance is paid will incur forfeiture of the entire deposit.
4. Your attention is drawn to the requirement that, in all matters of safety and the operation of the yacht, the skipper’s word is final.
Smoking is not allowed in general, but may be permitted if there is no objection from other clients. |
